Yeah, a writer! For some writers (moi!) the secret is to write a set number of words every day. Even if you write only 100 words a day, you’ll have a book in a year. Others find programs like NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) a great tool. http://nanowrimo.org/ I hope you give it a shot!
To travel to all 50 states
Happy traveling. So far my favorite state has been Alaska. Last summer I went kayaking in Sitka with whales. No joke! Two whales crossed a channel at the same time as my party. AWESOME!

2 things come to mind, one will definitely happen (fairly soon actually), the other may take a lifetime.
1 – Meet a panda (yes… a panda bear… they’re adorable and I want to get up close & personal with it), this is the one that’ll actually happen
2 – Visit all the Disneyland attractions all over the world… so far I’ve only gotten to go to one, so I need to get working on this.

An epic cross country road-trip, stopping at all the crazy tourist attractions along the way, including a stopover to stay in the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast. Incredibly creepy, but also fascinating. I’ve wanted to take this road-trip forever and one of these years I’ll figure out a way to take the time off and just go for it :0)

The Sistine Chapel is incredible. The docents keep the room rather quiet, and it’s such a moving experience to sit and look at such masterful art.

The great thing about bucket lists is they are about YOU at a most basic life-death level. Forget what everyone thinks. But personally, I think building a home is a beautiful thing.

YES to all the food. When I travel I always try and avoid the chains or hotel restaurants and find the little “holes in the wall.” So authentic!

I live in a state with abundant wildlife–bears, coyotes, snakes, deer, etc–and I feel very blessed. Hope you get out in the wilds, Shubhi!

I’d like to finally go to a real concert. Not just a local band playing, but a big time artist. I’m in my thirties and still haven’t been to one. It’s kind of sad lol. Thank you!
Not sad, just life. 🙂 BTW, I have a friend who never used to go to concerts, but now she has tween and young teenage girls and goes all the time. And the really nice thing? She’s having a blast.

My whole life I have felt like I need to be doing something amazing. It’s a gut feeling that pulls at me to become something greater. To find the “Great Perhaps”. So I suppose that is my biggest dream, and one of the only goals on my Bucket List. That is to say, I would like to find that something that inspires me to be a better human being, to find the purpose of life, and soar in the bliss of pure Enlightenment. I suppose these are big words for a fourteen-year-old, but I place every ounce of adamant belief into them. (:

I would love to travel the world with my mom and my daughter, visiting at least 3 different countries/cities on each continent – except maybe Antarctica. Love this, Rachel. Last year I took my mom and one of my daughters to a retreat house in Tucson, AZ, where we did yoga in the desert and had massages. It was one of the BEST days of my life. Hope you get to travel surrounded by those you love!
Ironically, one of the items on my bucket list is to visit the Body Farm in Tennessee! (Look it up; it’s wicked cool.)
This is too, funny, as this is a place I *need* to visit for book research. In 2014 I have a pretty dark romantic suspense series coming out from Grand Central Forever, including a book called THE BURIED, so I totally get into stuff like this. Hope you get to go there!
I would love to swim with the whale sharks, and the turtles, and maybe manta rays and other gentle giants of the sea.
